At Fitzgibbon Interiors, we want delivery and collection to be as straightforward as possible. This page explains how Click & Collect and home delivery work, what to expect after ordering, and who to contact if you need help before or after delivery.
Collection Options
We offer collection options depending on the product type. Please check the product page and checkout options before completing your order.
Main Product Collection — Curraheen Warehouse
Selected main products may be available for collection from our Curraheen warehouse. This includes selected furniture, sofas, beds, mattresses, bathrooms, tiles, flooring, home heating, saunas, and outdoor products.
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive confirmation before travelling to collect your order.
Home Accessories — Showroom Collection Only
Home Accessories are available for showroom collection only from Fitzgibbon Interiors, Manor West, Tralee.
This includes cushions, throws, rugs, lamps, mirrors, artwork, plants, and similar in-store accessories. Stock changes regularly and availability may vary.
Standard delivery and Curraheen warehouse collection are not available for Home Accessories unless agreed separately in advance.
How Collection Works
- Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select the available collection option for your product where shown.
- Main product collections may be arranged from our Curraheen warehouse.
- Home Accessories are showroom collection only from Manor West, Tralee.
- We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
- Please wait until you receive confirmation before travelling to collect your order.
Collection notes
- Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please let us know in advance.
- Orders will normally be held for up to 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
- If you cannot collect within that time, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
- Collection location depends on the product type. Main product collections are usually from Curraheen, while Home Accessories are collected from our Manor West, Tralee showroom.

Home Delivery
Please note: standard delivery is a doorstep / door drop service only. Items will be delivered to the entrance of the property and will not be carried inside, upstairs, assembled, or positioned in a room unless agreed separately in advance.
We offer home delivery across Ireland. Delivery times can vary depending on:
- the type of product ordered
- whether the item is in stock
- the size and nature of the order
- your delivery location
- whether the item is made to order or specially sourced
Fragile Items
Some fragile items are not suitable for standard courier or pallet delivery. This may include mirrors, shower doors, wet room panels, bath screens, vanity mirrors, and selected glass products.
Where an item is marked as collection only or local delivery only, this will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Mirror-related products under Home Accessories are available for showroom collection only from Fitzgibbon Interiors, Manor West, Tralee.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Irish consumer guidance requires delivery costs and any delivery restrictions to be made clear before purchase.
Free delivery is available on qualifying online orders over €1,000 within Ireland.
Estimated delivery timing
Please note:
- delivery times can vary depending on stock availability and product type
- larger items may require a scheduled delivery date
- smaller items may be delivered by a trusted courier partner
- made-to-order or special-order items may take longer
Where a scheduled delivery is needed, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date where possible.
Any delivery time we provide is an estimate. Occasionally, delays can arise due to supplier lead times, delivery scheduling, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Before your delivery
Please make sure:
- your delivery address and contact details are correct
- access is suitable for the item ordered
- doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts can accommodate larger pieces where relevant
If you are unsure whether an item will fit or whether access may be difficult, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
On the day of delivery
When your order arrives, please inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible.
If anything appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- photographs, where possible
This helps us resolve the issue more quickly.

Delays or delivery issues
If there is an unexpected delay, we will work with you to arrange delivery within an appropriate timeframe.
If you have not received your order within the agreed period, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your delivery.

Cancellations / returns / consumer rights block
If you buy online as a consumer, you may have cancellation rights under Irish consumer law, subject to certain exclusions.
